RN Labor and Delivery Part-Time Nights Position Summary
This position involves providing direct clinical patient care, taking on the responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients during each shift and at the unit level. It also entails supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role is crucial in supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and suitable nursing care, ensuring the competence of clinical staff, and managing resources efficiently for patient care.
Responsibilities:
Education
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
