+The Admissions Administrative Assistant provides clerical support to the Office of Admissions and serves as the primary point of contact for incoming communications across the College.+
Responsibilities
+- Function as the post-phone tree operator to triage incoming calls and answer general questions about the College.
- Serve as the front-desk lead, receiving and directing all visitors to the College in a welcoming, professional, accurate, and timely manner.
- Perform data entry into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and Student Information System (SIS).
