- Experience with Business Objects or equivalent query type software not limited to SQL, PostgreSQL.
- High competency in Data Analysis and committed to data.
- Experience with Commercial Real Estate applications not limited to Yardi, MRI, Kardin, RealPage, DealPath, VTS is a plus.
- Experience with other applications not limited to Salesforce, Business Central (NAV), Cloud applications is a plus
- Commercial Real Estate experience and/or private equity experience is a plus

The candidate will be required to come into the Newark, NJ office 2 to 3 days a week. The remaining days of the week can be worked remotely but are subject to change.
