Job summary:
The purpose of the Sales & Operations Coordinator role is to serve as the administrative and technical engine of the residential sales team. This position focuses on CRM management, contract administration, and data reporting.Responsibilities:
- Align and maintain operational procedures in support of the project sales strategy
- Maintain staff calendars and provide operational and reception backup coverage as needed
- Generate and distribute purchase agreements via digital signature platforms.
