The SAP S/4HANA Transformation Manager is responsible for leading projects and developing operational efficiencies throughout Plastipaks SAP S/4HANA migration. You will partner with various business groups to minimize disruption and drive change management as we enable this migration. This is an on-site position at our Global Business & Technology Center in Plymouth, MI.

You Will:

• Manage projects in the environment of S4/HANA.
• Guide the Key User community during S/4HANA migration.
• Manage stakeholders and documentation for the Service, Order Management, Order Execution, MTS, and EWM processes. Additionally, provide conceptual support for process streams.
• Document inefficiencies, process deviations, and degradations while identifying process improvements.
• Coordinate testing and training activities, including preparation of technical specifications and test scripts.
• Participate in S/4HANA workshops and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge/understanding of SAP technologies, business processes and solutions; keeping current with release levels and industry issues.
• Collaborate with Plastipak business groups and Corporate IT.
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert for S/4HANA projects and on-going improvement initiatives following successful migration.

You Have:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required; Masters degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in S/4HANA; migration experience preferred.
• 10+ years of IT experience with 3-5 years of project leadership.
• Experience in the following SAP modules: Production Planning (PP), Material Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Quality Management (QM).
• Proven ability to translate user requests into system solutions and functionality improvements.
