    Compensation:

    $20 hourly

    Responsibilities:
    • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members
    • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement
    • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
    • Work with the culinary team to ensure the quality of the food for the guests is top notch
    Qualifications:
    • Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards
    • 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision
    • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus
    • Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction
    • Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
