Maintenance Electrician III - San Diego, CA

Intermate level electrician with experience related to commercial buildings. This includes but not limited to electrical sub panels motor control centers distribution panels knowledge of state and local code requirements wire sizing color coding installation troubleshooting and repair of branch circuits lighting lighting control systems devices sub panels motors motor control devices distribution panels ability to read commercial building blueprints electrical control schematics single line diagrams should have experience with a wide verity of wiring methods and their appropriate applications must have working knowledge of NFPA 70E.
- Performs routine equipment repairs and installation of office equipment fixtures including doors and frames replacing toilets changing out pumps and motors in the central plant.
- Responsible for repair or alteration of structures such as walls roofs.
