    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities


    • Data entry
    • Internal file organization
    • Assist the BSA/AML department with additional tasks as needed.
    Working Conditions


    • Must be able to work independently and work will be performed in a remote/hybrid arrangement. Flexibility with hours may be granted if circumstances permit. Approximately 20-25 hours/week.
    Qualifications Summary

    Education


    • High School diploma
    Experience


    • Minimum of 1 year administrative experience

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the legal field
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word
    • Strong computer skills
    • Strong writing skills with attention to detail
    • Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities
    • Strong sense of urgency
    • Thorough with strong follow up drive
    • Ability to clearly communicate action items in a tactful manner
    • Demonstrate a readiness to assist
