    Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Opportunity - Upstate New York
    • Montgomery/Middletown area
    • $125,000 first year
    • W-2 with benefits
    • Monday through Friday, 8 to 5

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
    • Perform clinical research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthcare.
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
    • Provide specialized care in areas such as memory care and ICU.
    • Conduct utilization reviews to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources.
    • Administer medications, including venipuncture and injections.
    • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management.
    • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
    • Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements.

    Qualifications:
    • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York.
    • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
    • Strong clinical skills and ability to provide high-quality patient care.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
    • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
