Key Responsibilities:
Talent Growth Strategist:
Develop and execute strategies to attract, nurture, and retain top-tier talent.
Onboarding Excellence:
Ensure a seamless onboarding process that sets the foundation for success from day one.
Retention Advocate:
Implement initiatives to foster a culture of retention, recognizing and valuing our exceptional talent.
Employer Branding Expert:
Drive initiatives to enhance our employer brand, showcasing FICO as a hub for professional growth.
Employee Engagement Champion:
Spearhead programs to boost engagement and create a workplace where every voice is heard.
Training Management Guru:
Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive learning programs that align with individual and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Experience in Growth:
5 years of combined experience in talent acquisition and learning & development roles.
Recruitment Expertise:
Minimum 3 years as a recruiter, with a focus on roles in facility management, construction, mechanical/electrical services, or related industries.
Learning & Development:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing career paths for roles in relevant industries.
Leadership Acumen:
Previous leadership roles in companies with a similar team size.
