    We are looking for an M365 Data Analyst to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.


    In this role you will be responsible for working with large and complex data sets identifying business insights, opportunities, and anomalies.

    You will also provide subject matter expertise to identify and build performance reporting and content. You will partner closely with the M365 Category Management team on a regular basis.


    Responsibilities :
    Work with large, complex data sets to identify business insights, opportunities, and data anomalies, including:
    Monitoring web performance and identifying and reporting on trends across key business dimensions (geo, journey, traffic channel, etc.).

    Set up automated alerts in the tool and take appropriate action to investigate and explain or to escalate when necessary.

    Monitor client store performance weekly and support category manager with insights.
    Use Power BI or Adobe Analytics reports (commerce data) to track client store performance and ensure trends are healthy.
    Monitor open tickets/requests with partner teams to understand progress and cross-group work-items.
    Provide subject matter expertise of data systems to identify and build performance reporting and content to support our weekly and monthly rhythms, including:

    Partnering across teams utilizing clear, concise, and effective communication to assist in operational reporting projects, root cause analysis, and issue and resolution management.

    Working with Category and Program Managers to define performance overviews, roadmap for tracking, reporting and communication.
    Ensuring that all analytics content is ready for running of the business deliverables provided by partner teams.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
    Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
    Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and other Microsoft enterprise products.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience using web analytics software required.
    Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple data sources to drive data-driven decisions.
    Demonstrate curiosity and critical thinking to solve challenging problems and ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous situations.
    Excellent cross-team collaboration with ability to work across organizations and reporting boundaries to get things done.
    Comfort working against aggressive deadlines with strong bias for action.
    Drive analysis and insights of KPIs and ability to simplify and present complex data visually.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

    Salary Range

    Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market.

    The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state:
    $77,000 to $87,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
