We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for a global fitness equipment manufacturer headquartered just outside of Madison, WI. Our client is committed to the health and wellness of the communities they serve and their employees. Pay Rate:
$18/hr
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday- Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
100% onsite in Cottage Grove, WI
Responsibilities:
Achieve and maintain department standards
Troubleshoot problems with customers via phone and resolve efficiently using diagnostic procedures within department work practices
Ensure accurate documentation of all call data in the CRM system
Promote a positive team atmosphere
Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent degree required
Call center/customer service experience required, fitness industry experience preferred
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Ability to type 30 wpm
Excellent communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
