    Director of Originations: As the Director of Originations, you will play a pivotal role in driving their business growth by leading the origination efforts and identifying new investment opportunities. You will leverage your extensive network and industry expertise to source, evaluate, and execute debt financing transactions, while collaborating closely with internal teams to structure deals that align with our investment strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries, advisors, and potential borrowers to generate a robust pipeline of investment opportunities.
    2. Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective transactions, including financial analysis, industry research, and risk assessment.
    3. Lead negotiations and structuring of debt financing transactions, ensuring alignment with our investment criteria and risk parameters.
    4. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, legal, and portfolio management, to facilitate efficient deal execution and seamless transition to portfolio monitoring.
    5. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform investment decisions and enhance our origination strategy.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
    2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or direct lending, with a proven track record of originating and closing debt financing transactions.
    3. Deep understanding of financial markets, debt structures, and credit analysis, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
