Description
Job DescriptionThe RN Flow Coordinator / Expeditor plays a pivotal role to decrease barriers, improve patient access and enhance quality of care using clinical expertise, leadership, organizational awareness, and critical thinking skills. The Expeditor collaborates and provides support to other healthcare providers, patients, physicians, and care programs. Personal and professional development is an expectation of the role to ensure consistent application of procedures, patient flow processes, and optimal communication. Works closely with Case Managment, Ancillary Services, Physicians, Nursing to improve and monitor patent movement through they Providence System. Works with new technology and data to maintain reliable care and coordination between the care teams.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
