Role Overview
We are hiring a skilled Residential Landscape Construction Crew Leader to oversee field operations on high-end residential landscape projects. This position blends hands-on installation expertise with daily crew supervision to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to exceptional quality standards.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in hardscape construction and site development, along with strong leadership abilities to guide teams and maintain productivity in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and supervise landscape construction crews on active residential job sites
Perform hands-on installation work including patios, walkways, retaining walls, grading, planting, and site preparation
Organize daily work plans, allocate labor, and coordinate materials and equipment usage
Ensure all work aligns with approved design drawings and construction specifications
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and company procedures
Monitor project timelines and maintain quality control standards
Communicate progress updates, field issues, and resource needs to project managers
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in landscape construction with prior leadership or foreman responsibilities
Advanced skills in hardscape installation, grading, excavation, and sitework
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and translate them into field execution
Strong leadership, communication, and on-site problem-solving skills
Ability to manage crew productivity and maintain workflow efficiency
Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors daily in varying conditions
