- 2-3 years' experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar role
- Experience with an ERP system
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification required
- Obtain and process product orders
- Schedule inbound and outbound shipments
- Communicate with carriers
- Keep files of goods shipped and received
- Prepare reports for management
- Troubleshoot shipping and inventory issues as they arise
- Work with customer service on customer claims
- Perform other duties as assigned
