    Description


    Staten is seeking exceptional Project Manager candidates to manage multi-million dollar C&I solar and storage projects to be constructed at some of the most iconic locations across California.

    This position takes over the project at NTP and owns the project through COD before handing it over to the AM team.

    This position is based at our Silicon Valley, California office. Management is willing to put an attractive compensation package together for the right candidates.

    Essential Duties :
    Manage Construction of Solar and Storage Projects in California.
    Support the Pre-Construction PM during the permitting phase
    Create Budget and Schedule for the project(s)
    Provide timely and transparent communications to all stakeholders through the project lifecycle
    Hire and manage subcontractors
    Ensure delivery of a quality project, on time and within budget

    Required Qualifications :

    7+ years' experience in the Solar industry as a C&I Project Manager is required
    Proven understanding of the Solar Technology; NABCEP certification an added plus
    Demonstrated understanding of Construction Management.
    High Energy and Drive; Positive Can-Do attitude
    Fluency in MS Office products and Project Management software
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or construction management is required. Added certifications in the solar or electrical trades a big plus.
