    Description

    Duties:

    • Work requires knowledge of chemical dependency, psychiatric diagnoses and treatment, crisis intervention methods and counseling techniques - normally acquired through a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related areas.
    • Work requires knowledge of community resources, orientation to chemically dependent/dual diagnosis patients, planning and organizations skills sufficient to resolve placement and liaison concerns -normally acquired through six months of work-related experience.
    • Must have and maintain certification as a LCADC licensure above in the State of Maryland.
    • Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to communicate effectively when devising strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth. Assuming responsibility of budgeting and resourcing
    • Planning and overseeing all patient care or administrative operations and programs.
    • Recruit employees to ensure the department is staffed with qualified personnel.
    • Assign cases and create schedules for all employees.
    • Coordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedback.
    • Provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development.
    • Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary.
    • Monitor compliance to legal guidelines, internal policies and quality standards.
    • Ability to apply techniques for effective public presentations and community education. Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position. Provide quality support to adults with mental illness in community-based settings. Promote recovery and community engagement and integration through one-on-one and group activities in the individual's home and/or out in the community.
    • Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure outcomes and practice requirements are met while taking into consideration the level of care of clients served Provide identified PRP rehabilitation and support services by the consumer's rehabilitation plan. Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
    • Maintain required and consistent documentation for each client, including contact/progress notes, and monthly summaries, and conduct group meetings.

    Job Details:

    • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PRP WORK.
    • FULL TIME.
    • Flexible Hours: Monday thur Friday 10-4 pm.

    Requirements:

    • MUST HAVE A COLLEGE DEGREE.
    • 2 years of PRP work experience is a MUST.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Valid driver's license and have access to an insured vehicle.
    • Successful completion of the pre-employment process and criminal background checks.
    • Exp in ICAN Notes systems A MUST.
    • Provide group sessions; Handle a caseload of 20 or more people.
    • Must have a DLA 20 certificate or be able to receive.
    • Complete the client intake process.
    • Complete authorization process.
    • Recruit 5 clients a month.
