    At Brain and Body Autism Center, we take a neuroscience-driven approach to Autism therapy, focusing on the neurobiological foundations of Autism and the holistic development of each child.

    We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our ABA department from the ground up. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional who is eager to think beyond traditional ABA frameworks, integrate neuroscientific insights into therapy, and contribute to research and development of innovative intervention techniques.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and lead our ABA program with a strong focus on the neurobiological underpinnings of Autism.
    • Supervise our team of therapists who support students transitioning to mainstream schools.
    • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to support school integration.
    • Oversee data collection and analysis for effective treatment planning.
    • Manage insurance documentation and compliance requirements.
    • Explore new therapy techniques and contribute to research opportunities in collaboration with universities.

    Ideal Candidate

    • BCBA-certified with experience.
    • Strong knowledge of data collection methods and insurance processes.
    • Open to innovative, research-based approaches beyond traditional ABA.
    • Interested in neurobiology and Autism-related research.
    • Capable of working in a multidisciplinary team and contributing to a holistic intervention model.
