    Overview

    Mange the Front of the house operation for Stillwaters, In-Room Dining, and Lounge. Responsible for the supervision of the service staff, the monthly outlet's guest comment card scores, the presentation and overall cleanliness of the dining room and lounge.
    1. Carry out the policies and procedures of Stonewall Resort and Benchmark Hospitality while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork atmosphere as per our five core values, integrity, trust, honesty, collaboration, and fun.
    2. Assist in daily operations of Stillwaters, In-Room Dining, and the Lounge.
    3. Interact with guests at their tableside to ensure a positive dining experience.
    4. Ensure smooth operations through accurate forecasting, planning, and scheduling.
    5. Monitor and maintain departmental service standards and expectations.
    6. Maintain "at or below" budgeted cost parameters in payroll, cost of sales and other expenses.
    7. Maintain "at or below" budgeted transient average checks in food and beverage.
    8. Be visible and available to assist guests and staff members during every scheduled shift
    9. Perform personnel-related functions such as interviewing, progressive discipline, and performance evaluations according to established hotel standards.
    10. Communicates effectively with staff, peers and hotel population.
    11. Attend designated manager meetings.
    12. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to include service training and up-selling techniques.
    13. Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to ensure consistency in policies, service standards, and future goals.
    14. Completes designated projects timely and accurately.
    Qualifications

    5 years hotel, restaurant, food and beverage experience. 4-year college degree in related field preferred; has management field experience in financial management, primarily with forecasting and budget knowledge and analyses. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
