    *Duration: *6+ Months


    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Light Maintenance: Replace light bulbs, reset circuit breakers, and perform simple plumbing tasks to address leaks.
    • Ground Maintenance: Manage the upkeep of outdoor areas, including mowing lawns, shoveling snow, and general landscaping.
    • Transportation: Responsible for the safe and efficient transport of vehicles within the premises.
    • Painting: Assist in various painting tasks as needed to maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of the facilities.
    • Contractor Assistance: Provide support to contractors on-site to ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with our standards.

    Required Skills :

    • Proven ability to handle a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and contractors.
    • Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various weather conditions.
