    Join the dynamic team at Gold Medal Service, a rapidly-growing HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical company. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our East Brunswick location.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling and dispatching HVAC Service and Plumbing Technicians by reviewing routes and answering phone calls from existing customers
    • Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate entry of ticket information into the computer system
    • Creating dispatch numbers for parts ordered, following up on orders, and scheduling appointments for part installation

    About You:

    • Must have two years of office/customer service experience (dispatch experience preferred)
    • Possess professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
