Compensation: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our Henryetta care team. At New Hope Home Health, you will work collaboratively with our evaluating Occupational Therapists to help local patients safely navigate their homes, relearn daily living skills, and achieve their highest possible level of independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out occupational therapy interventions based on the care plan developed by the supervising OT.
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities designed to restore self-care skills (ADLs) like feeding, dressing, and hygiene.
- Instruct patients on the safe use of adaptive equipment and ergonomic techniques.
- Monitor patient progress, document daily treatment notes, and communicate updates to the care team.
- Provide encouragement and emotional support to patients and their families during the rehabilitation process.
Requirements:
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Ability to work independently in a home care setting while maintaining strong team communication.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

- Henryetta, OK 74437: Relocate before starting work (Required)
