    A sustainable, boutique consumer product company in food/beverage space is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager on a permanent basis.

    In this role the Digital Marketing Manager will wear several hats and work on a small marketing team (3) focusing on building an online eCommerce store, and managing email marketing, SEO, and social strategy, etc.

    This is an individual contributor role with potential to manage one employee in the future.

    Company is open to hiring candidates based in Vancouver, BC area that have ability work onsite (Delta, BC) 4x per week OR candidates in Seattle, WA area that work remotely and travel to British Columbia ocasionally for meetings or events.

    This position is eligible for 10% annual bonus plus benefits including paid holidays, PTO (2 weeks to start), sick time (5 days), parental leave, health-plan funded by employer, retirement plan, and more.

    Interview process (subject to change): will include 2-3 virtual conversations and 1 onsite interview at Vancouver, BC area office (travel/expenses paid)

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • About 5+ years of digitial marketing experience (B2C is required; B2B is preferred)
    • MUST have endtoend experience managing an eCommerce store build project (ie. with a development agency)
    • Digital Marketing experience (email, SEO, social strategy, etc)
    • Ability to handle B2B audience engagement (online & offline) as well as B2C in the advertising, PR & insights realm.
    • Food/Beverage, consumer products, or CPG experience is preferred
    • Microsoft Suite experience
    • Shopify or related eCommerce platform experience
    • Mailchimp or related email platform experience

    RESPONSIBILTIES:
    Digital Marketing -SEO, social strategy, email, website + explore intl search-Managing online store rebuild from end-to-end: Leading RFP to find external development agency, Project Management (making sure agency has clear understanding of project, etc), managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the creative presentation of store is on brand, ensuring project has proper functionality in regards to: automation of invoices, 3rd party communication- Evaluate current state, develop plans, and (Re-)Initiate efforts in all of these areas Consumer marketing- Drive awareness & preference; create easy connections to product- Advertising- PR- Insights Trade engagement- Customer connections- Sales materials- Comms calendar- Sponsorships evaluation- HESP plan & implementationClient Description A boutique consumer product company in food/beverage space
