    Network Engineer

    Key Role:

    Serve as a team leader for the support of tasks that involve engineering development, integration, and interface design analysis, installation, integration, fielding and field analysis, operation, maintenance, and testing of hardware and software.

    Perform system-level design and configuration of network systems, including determination of hardware, operating system, and other platform specifications to meet project requirements while maintaining interoperability with existing sponsor networks.

    Plan large-scale systems projects through vendor comparison and trade and cost studies.

    Perform a variety of systems engineering tasks and activities that are broad in nature and are concerned with major systems design, integration, and implementation, and troubleshooting unique or complex problems.


    Basic Qualifications:
    6+ years of experience with supporting national cyber missions in either offensive or defensive capacities6+ years of experience in Network Engineering3+ years of experience with leading teams to address complex projectsAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degree

    Additional Qualifications:
    Experience with existing Army Networks

    Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in Network Engineering, or Master's degree in CS, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, EE, ME, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Management Information Systems TechnologyClearance:

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
