    Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse at McGivney Health Care Center


    Location: Carmel, IN


    Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time


    Education Level: 2 Year Degree


    Salary Range: $25.00 Hourly


    Description:


    Join our team at McGivney Health Care Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse. In this role, you will provide medical oversight and coordinate services for individuals, specifically focusing on youth with behavioral and emotional challenges. We are looking for individuals who embody a positive and compassionate attitude, possess effective communication skills, and have a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients.


    Licensed Practical Nurse Performance Standards:

    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client health information.
    • Manage the operations of the medical clinic.
    • Coordinate medical, dental, visual, and psychiatric appointments for clients.
    • Dispense prescribed medication and maintain accurate medical records.
    • Evaluate work-related injuries and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.
    • Conduct Mantoux TB tests for staff and report results to Human Resources.
    • Complete any other assigned duties effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • Active Indiana LPN license.
    • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Successful completion of required drug screening and background checks.
