As a Senior Recruiter at Regent, you will play a critical role in building the teams that drive value across our portfolio.

This is not a transactional recruiting role — you will operate as a true talent advisor, embedded alongside business leaders to shape hiring strategy, influence decisions, and deliver exceptional candidates.

We're looking for someone who brings both the drive to source and close and the ability to build genuine relationships with senior stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

Own and execute the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of functions and levels, including job and market research, sourcing, networking, behavioral interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.

Partner with senior business leaders across Regent and its portfolio companies to drive strategic workforce and talent planning.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, candidate feedback, and guidance throughout the search process.

Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with leaders, candidates, and the broader staffing community to create partnerships that yield consistent, high-quality results.

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
Navigate ambiguity with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset, adapting to the evolving needs of a dynamic business environment.

Key Qualifications:
5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a mix of agency and in-house experience preferred
Proven ability to manage and close senior and executive-level searches across multiple functions and industries
Strong network and the ability to expand it quickly and comprehensively through creative outreach and sourcing strategies
Deep understanding of the talent market, including compensation benchmarking and where to find niche skill sets
Demonstrable track record of successfully managing a high volume of requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality
Proficiency across multiple ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar tools)
BS/BA from a reputable institution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism befitting a global investment firm

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications, experience level, and geographic location. The expected annualized base compensation range for this role in Los Angeles is $120-150k/yr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
