In this position you help drive and develop the engineers, developing and employing best practices for project and task management. The ideal candidate is someone who is constantly striving to improve and can take on multiple responsibilities while delivering results.

Responsibilities

• 1-to-1 personal development planning, goal setting, and tracking
• Mentoring and professional development of the engineers
• Ensuring tracking and on-time delivery of R&D and development projects
• Working with the team to ensure projects are managed and tracked effectively
• Keeping internal customers up-to-date on troubleshooting progress and resolution ETA

Required Qualifications

• 3 years or more experience in managing Engineering or Infrastructure projects in an Agile ecosystem (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• 3 years or more experience in delivering and maintaining highly available, high-performance systems on an on-premise infrastructure
• Experience administrating and troubleshooting Linux and/or FreeBSD systems
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, Ruby, Perl).
• An understanding of network topologies and administration.
