- Play a major role in the continued growth and development of the LTL/FTL product
- Quoting, Tracking, Sourcing, Customer Interaction, Problem Solving
- TMS experience and knowledge is a must
- 2+ years LTL/FTL experience within a 3PL environment
- Knowledge of LTL carrier operations, pricing, and industry terminology
- Practical understanding of TMS Software, and external resources (SMC3)
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with Customers and Carriers.
- Ability to work cross functionally with other departments.
- Experience in multi modal operations is a plus
