    • KPI CreationJob SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned IT Business Operation professional for this role that involves understanding and analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating solutions that enhance overall organizational performance.

    By analyzing diverse sets of data, creating insightful reports, and developing interactive dashboards this role will support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

    The individual in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging their analytical skills to contribute to process improvement and informed decision-making within the organization.

    ResponsibilitiesDevelop KPIs, metrics, and reporting to communicate the status of IT quality of service delivery, Impact and value overall business health, stability, compliance, service levels, etc.

    for internal stakeholders and executivesProvide strategic insights based on data analysis to support decision-making at various levels of the organizationContribute to the development of actionable strategies through a deep understanding of business objectives and challengesIdentify, define, and continuously improve new and existing policies, standards, and frameworks for IT Operations, Support, and Service Management governanceWork with business stakeholders and technology partners to analyze the current state and design improvements for tracking IT performance on Service Management, Problem management, Risk management, Asset management, resources (Budget, Workforce, tooling) allocationWork with stakeholders, and IT leadership to prioritize and plan improvements to our processes while balancing technical enhancements, tech debt management, automation opportunities, and new feature developmentBe a steward of Operational excellence for to consistently showcase IT's impact and value to our customers, through continuous improvement and ongoing process maturity, a cadence of reviews of the business needs, process, tools, trend analysis, metrics reporting, and regular engagement with stakeholders for all aspects of IT as a BusinessImplement and maintain a process structure aligned to global standards that meets business needs while balancing compliance with risk and costDefine and implement a strategy to drive the adoption of new processes and continuously improve compliance with all service management policies, standards, and framework, maintaining a constant feedback loop with our stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field7+ years of hands-on experience in a Business Operations/Service management role organization combined with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills5+ years in a business/process analyst role with proven experience in process continuous improvement

    Bay Area:
    $89,000 to $142,000 per yearCalifornia (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $82,000 to $130,000 per yearColorado, Nevada,

    Rhode Island:
    $74,000 to $118,000 per yearOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
    This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
    The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
