Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for you to join our team as an Associate Industrial Security Analyst based out of Melbourne, Florida.
Review and verify personnel security clearances and SAP accesses through queries to government security databases and systems.
Generate and/or review Program Access Request (PAR) packages; ensure all required information is included including currency of information, completeness of forms, and inclusion of required signatures.
Generate Program Indoctrination Agreements (PIA), provide to briefer/debriefer, and/or execute briefs/debriefs on behalf of the government security team.Maintain accountability of classified material or classified media as required by contract(s).
Ensure the development, documentation, and presentation of classified security education, awareness, and training activities.
Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues while providing leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, managers on actions(s) to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security program.
Maintain liaison with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers.Implement policies and procedures for responding to security incidents, and for investigating and reporting security violations and incidents.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
4 Years of Security or Administrative experience with a High School Diploma or 0 Years with a Bachelor's Degree
Candidate must be a US Citizen
Must have Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance current within 6 years
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Top Secret clearance
Ability to meet the special access eligibility requirements of DoDM
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience with DISS, SIMS, JADE, or similar data bases
Working knowledge of DoD, SAP, and SCI programs to provide procedural and policy guidance
Additional consideration for CDSE SAP Orientation course or CDSE SAP Mid-Level course
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion
Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Primary Level Salary Range:
$54, $81,600.00
