- Support Staff: 1 NP who works -hour shifts
- Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1-4 weeks per month, will know exact schedule in April
- ICU: Closed
- EMR: Cerner
- ICU: 41 - not all are used by the Intensivists
- Hospital Bed size: 268 beds
- Procedures: intubation, central line placement and vent management
- Hospital
- Board Certification: BC or BE in Critical Care
- License Required: we have time to license, AZ license
- DEA: yes
- Minimum Experience Required: 1+ year of Pulmonary/Critical Care experience
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
