    Office Manager / Accounting

    An award winning landscape company in the Chicago suburbs is looking for an Office Manager with accounting capabilities to perform a diverse set of responsibilities. If you want out of a rigid corporate environment, this opportunity might be for you

    Responsibilities
    • Accounts receivable and invoicing
    • Accounts payable
    • Payroll
    • Benefits facilitation
    • Prepare and maintain various reports (cash, inventory, sales, commission, etc.)
    • Contract administration
    • Reconcile bank, AP, AR, and general ledger
    • Enter journal entries received from Controller
    • Collaborate and prepare reports for corporate office at month-end and as needed
    • General office management
    • Other tasks and responsibilities as needed or assigned
    Requirements
    • Sufficient experience doing AP, AR, and invoicing
    • Sufficient experience doing payroll and benefits facilitation
    • Software savvy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
    • QuickBooks experience
    • Must be very organized
    • Must be able to manage a diverse set of responsibilities and wear multiple hats
    • Have excellent time management skills
