    ITA International is seeking an Infrastructure Project Lead to join the team at Robins Air Force Base.
    ResponsibilitiesITA is seeking a Infrastructure Project Lead in support of work at a United States Air Force operational wing.

    This support includes but is not limited to:
    Strategically planning and analyzing personnel hiring, integrated with the completion of future facilities.

    Building reports, developing slides, setting up, running, and briefing all materials in meetings that may include General Officers, Senior Leaders, stakeholders, etc., as needed.

    Maintaining facility appearance standards.
    Escorting uncleared contracted cleaning service providers.
    Maintaining facility functionality standards.
    Identifying maintenance support requirements and providing first-phase maintenance support.
    Providing escort for uncleared contracted maintenance services providers.
    QualificationsMinimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in facility management.
    Holds an active SECRET clearance.
    U.S. Citizen, with a minimum age requirement of 21 years.
    Bachelor's degree required, or alternatively, 10 years of relevant experience.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with at least one (1) year of experience.
    Demonstrated excellence in organization, administration, and interpersonal skills.
    Proven ability to develop schedules that accurately reflect project milestones, ensuring diligent oversight of project execution.
    Capable of strategic planning to meet security requirements for the completion of future facilities.
    Competent in managing diverse tasks across multiple projects, prioritizing effectively to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Exceptional attention to detail and analytical acumen.
    Experience working within a Secret Facility.
    Comprehensive understanding of Secret Facility escort protocols.

    Familiarity with basic maintenance techniques, such as changing fluorescent light bulbs, moving or assembling office furniture, and using a hand dolly.

    In-depth knowledge of safe maintenance practices, emergency planning, and continuity of operations planning.
