Maternity Leave Coverage Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Sunnyvale, CA Status: Accepting Candidates

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide maternity leave coverage in Sunnyvale, California, for the upcoming school year.

Position Details:

• Duration: August - December 2024
• Caseload: 45-55 students, including students with exceptional special needs, moderate/severe disabilities, and general education speech students
• Hours: 40 hours per week (37.5 hours with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break)
• Pay: $50+/hr

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students with various communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California state license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with diverse student populations

Please note: This position does not involve supervising Clinical Fellows (CFs) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
