HHH Pediatric Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun and collaborative team of therapists. We are a small, personal pediatric clinic striving to provide exemplary services to our pediatric Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy clients. We strive to offer the time and attention to help our clients reach their full potential.

$1500 sign on bonus

Job Description:

Conduct and evaluate clinical assessments and observation- be familiar with common pediatric assessment tools used.
Treat children with a wide variety of needs
Complete assessments, plan of care, and daily notes using on-line medical records
Work closely with families and other providers to provide child centered care- effective communication skills are a must
Must be able to work independently, be a self-starter and a hard-worker
Must have good problem solving skills
Mentoring available and encouraged

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Degree from an accredited OTA Program
Must hold current MN state license as an OT
Experience with pediatric population preferred, but not required
