    Utah Broadband is one of the fastest-growing internet service providers in Utah. The company
    provides internet to business and residential customers using wireless and fiber technologies.
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in our
    scheduling department. As a scheduler, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing
    the scheduling of installations and maintenance of internet connections for our customers. Your
    ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders will be
    essential in ensuring smooth operations and timely service.

    Responsibilities:
    · Coordinate and schedule installation and maintenance appointments for both wireless
    and fiber optic internet connections.
    · Communicate with customers to confirm appointment details and address any questions
    or concerns.
    · Collaborate with field technicians to allocate resources and ensure efficient utilization of manpower.
    · Monitor and track the progress of scheduled installations and maintenance activities.
    · Update and maintain customer accounts with accurate and up-to-date information.
    · Reschedule appointments as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or customer
    requests.
    · Provide timely updates to customers regarding any changes or delays in their scheduled
    appointments.
    · Address customer inquiries and concerns related to scheduling and service availability.
    · Collaborate with other departments to optimize scheduling processes and improve

    Requirements:

    · Knowledge of internet service provider operations and terminology is a plus.
