Job summary
We are seeking a Seasonal Membership and Visitor Services Representative. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service to all staff, visitors and members at both York Street and Chatfield Farms locations. This includes processing transactions for items such as general admission memberships classes events tours lost found wheelchair stroller checkout and more.This position also requires several forms of communication with the public including but not limited to phone computer and in person interactions.
- Provides outstanding customer service to all staff visitors and Denver Botanic Gardens customers at both York Street and Chatfield Farms locations.
- Proactively seeks to be knowledgeable of all Denver Botanic Gardens horticulture exhibits programs events etc.
