    Contract through 10/31/24 with possible extension or conversion to full time

    As soon as onboarded

    Worksite:
    Must be able to work 3 days/week onsite in Atlanta, GA (T, W, TH)

    Monday and Friday will be remote

    Primary role:
    Recruitment for FTE roles with a focus on Technical, Finance and Supply Chain positions


    We are looking for an experienced Campus recruiter to work with the Talent Acquisition team and understand the recruitment needs of the company.

    You will be responsible for working with business leaders on their upcoming needs. Your job will be to developing a strategy and help to hire top talent that will support company growth.
    We are looking for a decision-maker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You need to be able to recognize and attract the best candidates for particular job positions.

    Responsibilities
    Create a unique and exciting experience that best positions the company as an employer of choice on university campuses
    Manage campus recruitment events (e.g., career fairs, info sessions, etc.) from planning through execution at key universities, while gaining visibility among top programs in the Atlanta area
    Be the main point of contact for university partners (e.g., career services, student organizations, professors, etc) to engage top qualified talent
    Design & execute on appropriate go to campus strategies & effective hiring plans, in order to measure return on investment
    Own the interview lifecycle for new graduates & interns for our Technical, Supply chain and finance space
    Report weekly campus recruiting & hiring activity with your manager and Talent Acquisition team
    Traveling will be as needed to attend events

    Qualifications
    Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
    1+ year operating campus programs or events
    2+ years in a recruiting role
    A self-starter that thrives in a non-structured environment
    Ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple projects
    Ability to gather KPIs, analyze data & trends, and present findings to various audiences
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others
    Microsoft Suite, intermediate level skills
    Desire to work in a high-growth & Fast paced atmosphere
