    We are recruiting Security Engineers with Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM) expertise. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of one year experience working with Sailpoint technologies.

    The Security Engineer will provide support to an Army program ensuring sound practices for access control and detecting vulnerabilities as part of modernizing the program's cybersecurity framework.

    Qualified candidates must have a minimum of one year experience working with SailPoint technologies. An active security clearance is required for consideration.


    Position Type:
    This is direct hire to our client offering competitive salary and benefits.


    Location:
    On–site work and may be assigned to either Ft Belvoir, VA or Kingstowne in the Alexandria, VA area.


    Relocation:
    Relo support will be considered for candidates outside the commuting area.


    Duties and responsibilities include:
    Work as part of the engineering team offering technical solutions, troubleshooting, and resolutions to enhance Army capabilities supporting system security for on–prem and cloud solutions

    Support requirements gathering, workflows, use case development, and developing map build rules

    Develop
    IAMsolutions using SailPoint tools

    Perform installation and configuration of SailPoint tools

    Develop and execute test plans for SailPoint solutions

    Support installation, configuration, and customization for provisioning and governance tools

    Provide hands–on administration, design and development for
    ICAMcapabilities and solutions

    Contribute to technical plan through program reporting and tracking including creating reports, templates, and ad hoc reports, as required

    Support cybersecurity initiatives for front–end and back–end development

    Manage source codes and builds for compliance reporting and other tasks, as needed

    Develop documentation, test scripts, and workflow diagrams

    Manage and maintain documentation, as needed

    Provide troubleshooting, problem solving, and research support, as needed

    Support requirements gathering and definition for designing and implementing processes and workflows within web applications and business process management system

    Identify risk and issues for complex areas and develop recommendations for design improvements to improve business processes

    Other duties, as assigned, to support delivery requirements


    Requirements include:
    U.S. citizenship

    Current Secret clearance

    Bachelor's degree required; Studies in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred

    Equivalent years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

    Current certification to meet DOD 8570 IAT Level II compliance

    3–8 years of related experience implementing and supporting
    IAMsolutions in a DoD environment, preferably Army including: Access Management, Identity Governance, Directory Services, Identity Provisioning, Identity Management, Identity Management as a Service

    1+ years of overall experience using SailPoint cybersecurity and
    IAMtools (supporting
    ICAMdevelopment, enhancements and upgradation)

    Experience with other cyber security and
    IAMvendor technologies such as: Oracle, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, RSA/Aveska, etc.

    Experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting
    IAMsolutions (custom and packaged) for Single Sign On (SSO) and Role–Based Access Control (RBAC) including: Design and develop automated provisioning and reconciliation of IT services, Support request–based application and resource provisioning, Provide
    RBACauthentication to entitled application and resources, Develop role-based resolution of approvers and request approvals flows, Support
    SSO
    Experience troubleshooting
    ICAMhosting services and network performance issues, as needed

    Experience working with security tools such as Tenable, Splunk, Carbon Black, FireEye, etc.

    Experience developing program documentation and reports

    Strong development skills using Java, .NET, C#

    Experience with scripting using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and other front end/back end technologies

    Effective written and verbal communication skills to work with a blended government and contractor team

    Ability to convey technical information to a non–technical audience

    Availability to work on–site


    Preferred experience includes:
    Understanding of NIST 800, FedRAMP, and
    FISMAoperating standards and guidelines

    SailPoint certification

    Networking experience working with Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper

    Experience with Agile development methodologies and environments

    Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration and implementation
