- Lead the development of electrical systems, with a focus on power distribution, generation, and protection.
- Perform detailed electrical engineering calculations and analysis, including load flow studies, short circuit analysis, and arc flash studies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing electrical systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and documentation prepared by junior engineers and designers.
- Participate in the commissioning and testing of electrical systems to ensure functionality and performance.
- Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of electrical engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of [8] years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as ETAP, SKM, or similar is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems, such as solar and wind, is desirable.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
