    POSITION SUMMARY

    The employee in this position will be responsible for, but not limited to, assisting in maintenance applications of natural grass athletic fields as well as assisting Operations Manager in various construction tasks as they relate to natural athletic field renovations.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate daily tasks with Operations Manager
    • Keep daily records of work performed
    • Load and unload trailers used at job sites daily
    • Maintain and service field and warehouse equipment
    • Keep records of maintenance and service on equipment
    • Communicate daily with Operations Manager via email/phone
    • Successfully perform all tasks listed in project descriptions
    • Keep accurate DOT logs and submit them on time
    • Ensure all work is performed safely and to the highest quality
    • Ensure work site is cleaned up after each day

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Ability to complete technical and/or physical labor for up to 10 hours daily
    • Knowledge of safe operational practices for both field and warehouse equipment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Basic Computer skills
    • Time management skills
    • Must be able to work weekends as needed during season
    • Must be able to travel as needed for projects
    • Ability to lift 50lb
    • Ability to work independently

    QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

    • Class A CDL or willingness to obtain it
    • Valid Drivers License
    • High School Degree or equivalent
    • Valid Pesticide License or willingness to obtain it
    • Experience in agriculture, turf science, or related field strongly encouraged
