This customer service rep (CSR) position earns a competitive wage of $15.25 per hour, and Bilingual Speakers $16.75 per hour plus monthly bonuses. INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS
In this customer service rep (CSR) position, you are the voice of our various brands. Throughout your day, you interact with customers through emails, phone calls, live chat, and social media. Your #1 job is to provide an exceptional experience to each customer. Before offering solutions, you listen to the customer and make sure they feel heard. You are courteous and professional in all interactions. Nothing rattles you, and you are able to stay calm as you resolve conflict and diffuse tension.
