    Description
    We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Manufacturing Product Assurance Specialist to join our client's team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining quality evaluation and control systems for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.

    You will devise and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating products, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.

    Support AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) activities, including the execution of FAI elements and creation of ballooning drawings. Complete required training to obtain access to NetInspect and initiate FAIR processes. Gather data and populate FAI Form1 fields, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Bill of Materials and Certificates of Compliance. Create nonconforming material reports (NCR) for FAI findings and review FAI Form1/2/3. Support manufacturing issues, report nonconformances to product requirements, and identify noncompliances to processes and procedures. Conduct data analysis and prepare presentations for management reviews. Assist in processing NCRs from receiving areas, manufacturing, and supplier variance requests (SVR). Review process routers and participate in change order reviews and approvals in PLM. Support internal audits and root cause/corrective action (RCCA) activities. Assist in document authoring for Quality processes and procedures updates.


    Skills Required:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technology, with at least twelve (12) years of experience.

    Experience in electronics manufacturing, with knowledge of ESD and FOD precautions. Proficiency in executing AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports. Ability to complete IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 certification. Strong communication skills to liaise with multifunctional teams in resolving Quality issues. Flexible attitude towards task assignment and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at a basic skill level.


    Experience Required:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technology, with at least twelve (12) years of relevant experience.

    Experience in electronics manufacturing, including familiarity with ESD and FOD precautions. Ability to complete IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 certification. Proven track record of effectively communicating with multifunctional teams to resolve Quality issues. Flexible approach to task assignment and proven ability to work in a highly utilized Quality team. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
