We are seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support our growing company As a valued team member, you will provide a broad range of administrative support to the department.
Do you deftly handle multiple tasks? Are you a good communicator with a focus on excellent customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic office environment? If so, we'd welcome your application.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
Manages calendar of CHM conference room
Manges all HR functions for CHM and the housing facilities properties. Review all resumes and interviews for all required facility positions
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Perform data entry and scan documents
Manage calendars
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers
Maintain office supplies for company
Skills:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other administrative programs
An outstanding communicator, both orally and written
Self-starter who works well independently
Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.)
Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
Experience with complex file management
Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
Professional demeanor
