Client Service Representative
The Collection Bureau of the Hudson Valley, (CBHV) is seeking a Full Time Client Service Representative. The person that we hire will perform customer service duties in a highly responsible manner with the highest degree of competence. We are looking for a team player with a strong sense of commitment, who has the ability and the drive to:
· Respond to day-to-day client inquiries, via email and by phone, in a friendly and professional manner
· Has the ability to solve problems, independently and as part of a team
· Coordinate workflows with multiple departments
- Provide back up support to other co-workers and other departments, as needed

Requirements of the position are:
- General Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
- Basic understanding of health insurance, including claims and billing, preferred
- Phone skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
Work Hours:
· Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (all in office)
Our convenient location is minutes from I-84 and the Newburgh Beacon bridge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
