Bluebird has a position available for a Remote Epic ClinDoc Analyst in Florida

**This position offers a hybrid work model, 2-3 days onsite - candidate must reside in or relocate to Lee County, Florida**

Responsibilities for the Epic ClinDoc Analyst role:

• Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology
• Demonstrate advanced analytical skills, ability to identify and address root causes of problems, make timely decisions, use consensus when possible, and communicate decisions effectively
• Autonomously lead and coordinate medium and small projects, ensuring project timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met
• Responsible for the build, support, testing, and implementation efforts of Epic Clinical Documentation and other Inpatient Systems
• Participate actively in an on-call rotation

Requirements for the Epic ClinDoc Analyst role:

• 5+ years of experience with Epic ClinDoc
• Experience with Infusion Pump Integration and build
• Hold Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation Certification

Preferred qualifications for the Epic ClinDoc Analyst role:

• Clinical experience in an Inpatient Hospital Setting (Nursing, Case Management, Therapy, etc.)
• Experience with AVS/Reports/Print Group
• Knowledge of Best Practice Advisories
