    Description Our B2B tech enterprise client is looking for a Customer Marketing Program Manager to support their team during a parental leave for 6 months, 40 hours/week, fully remote

    The ideal Customer Marketing Program Manager should have:

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience with customer marketing programs
    • Ability to get up to speed quickly on the needs and priorities of IT customers
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and leadership (product marketing and brand, especially)

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner deeply with PMM stakeholders to understand their needs for customer proof
    • Help support the endtoend creation of customer stories for integrated marketing campaigns, channel marketing and sales enablement needs as well as support the comms team in sourcing customers for events, speaking opportunities, investor events, etc.
    • Help build a pipeline of customer reference leads for comarketing to support stakeholders
    • Work closely with Product Marketing leaders to create customerdriven narratives that reflect their products' unique value proposition
