    Cook Responsibilities:
    • Cut, Chop, Slice, Dice, Fry, Grill - you can do it all.
    • Assist in maintaining inventory by tracking, labeling, and replacing key ingredients.
    • Prep as needed with full knowledge or working in a kitchen.
    • Follow all relevant food health and safety guidelines.
    • Maintain a workstation that is both clean and sanitary.
    • Communicate with the manager about any kitchen supplies and upgrades that are needed.
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including tables, shelves, broilers, sauté burners, ovens, flat-top griddles, and refrigeration equipment both during and after service.

    Cook Skills:
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Previous restaurant experience, preferably as a cook.
    • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Availability to work evening and weekend shifts.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of and willingness to embrace important food health and safety guidelines.
    • Willingness to continue learning and improving your craft.
    • Must have Food Handlers Certification.
