    Summary:

    Were looking for an experienced and versatile Event Marketing Manager. This position will be responsible for building awareness for the Cadmium suite of products. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

    You will contribute to all aspects of event campaigns that focus on pipeline growth, acceleration, customer education, and world-class brand experiences, all while expanding Cadmiums brand recognition in the market. You will support a portfolio of events (including but not limited to tradeshows, lunch and learns, annual user conference and webinars) that will have a significant impact on the growing Cadmium customer base and prospects. To excel in this role, you must be a highly organized, creative, collaborative self-starter with a passion for building impactful experiences.

    You will own the process and implementation of event communications for lead generation workflows, data, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot but, Zoho, Marketo, and/or Salesforce experience is acceptable), and is highly skilled in constructing efficient processes, thinking analytically, maximizing platform utilization, and testing & experimentation.

    The ideal candidate geographic location would be in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area. This position would be a hybrid role that would come into our Durham office location 1-2x per week.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Manage events from idea through execution, helping to ensure all timelines are met.

    Oversee defined event workstreams and develop tactical plans that deliver established goals and targets successfully.

    Develop strong cross-functional relationships with relevant teams such as; Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Training, and Product to ensure deliverable alignment and successful outcomes.

    Build repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for events to optimize and scale programs.

    Own events calendar and logistics.

    Create event and sponsorship related content for social media posts, webpages, emails, and more.

    Create and optimize successful emails campaigns.

    Comfortable with the technical elements of marketing automation solutions, including supporting CRM/marketing automation integrations.

    Identify effectiveness and impact of current events and sponsorship initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.

    Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging HubSpot.

    Perform all other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

    6+ years of experience in Marketing

    Expert knowledge of HubSpot

    HubSpot Certification

    Proven success running events and sponsorships

    Preferred Qualifications

    Masters degree a plus and Digital Marketing a plus

    Knowledge and/or experience in event management

    Willingness and ability to travel

    Additional Skills and Requirements:
